People are waiting for the TNI anniversary, October 5. It’s said that by then, there will be some changes at the important management level. They even say that the changes will be in two top positions, namely TNI Commander in Chief and Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (AD).

As a matter of fact, the change itself is not very important. What matters is: has TNI reform, which is much talked about, been undertaken at the correct speed and
