Changing of the guard is not the only issue that makes the TNI (Indonesian Armed Forces) birthday merrier this week. Even titles and posts are controversial today. This is understandable since the democratization process and reform era has built pressure that the post of the Commander of TNI must be abolished, and in its place, there should be a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
