Roeslan Abdulgani: Never Fading

I was still 18 and Cak Roeslan—the name by which Roeslan Abdulgani was usually called—was 30 when I first met him in November 1944 in Surabaya. I, along with Chaerul Saleh and Sukarni, came to Surabaya to meet this city's youths.
