Danamon Free from BMPK Violation

BANK Indonesia has cleared PT Bank Danamon Tbk. from violating the maximum lending limit (BMPK) following its purchase of 75 percent of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance shares. Initially, the central bank found the capital participation by the bank whose majority shares were owned by Temasek Holdings guilty of violating the BMPK of Rp284 billion.
