WHY does an Islamic group feel it has the right to drive out the Liberal Islam Network (JIL) from the Utan Kayu area? This is because some still believe that religion should be judged by its absoluteness and monotheism, with no room at all for deviant interpretation. They believe that truth lies in one faith, and that their conviction is the right one, and that other interpretations are wrong.
