Hands Off the Corruption Courts

The new Corruption Eradication Bill should not diminish the authority of the KPK. The Corruption Courts too are needed.

THE Corruption Eradication Bill has become highly controversial. Amid criticism over President Yudhoyonos declaration of war on corruption, this Bill kills off two important anti-corruption institutions: the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Corruption Courts (Tipikor).
