THE saying that 'a blind man will not lose his cane twice' does not apply to the General Elections Commission (KPU). Two weeks ago it announced without any qualms that there were still problems in verifying 10.4 million voters registered for the 2014 General Elections. Most of them are residents of Jakarta.
