A NEW government ruling that air travelers in Java and Bali are first required to undertake a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test is fraught with problems. Not only does it contain potential conflict of interest, the ruling also indicates half-hearted policymaking in handling the pandemic and does not take the perspective of being for the greater good.
