A Hostage Drama
A group of barracks refugees in Aceh demands that the funding for the rehabilitation of Aceh be transferred to the pocket of its chairman. To back up the demand, the Chairman of the BRR was held hostage for 20 hours.

It was just 30 minutes past six in the morning, still too early to enjoy breakfast. Yet Kuntoro Mangkusubroto, the Chairman of the Aceh-Nias Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Agency (BRR), called his subordinates to gather for breakfast.
