MUHAMAD Syakur has been spending less time at home. After school hours, he does not go straight home to Kampung Gaga, Larangan, Tangerang, Banten. Instead, the civil servant who teaches at the Tsanawiyah Al-Munawaroh Madrasah of Tangerang goes to one or two other homes. He moonlights by tutoring students after school hours. “To make ends meet as the cost of living is rising,” said Syakur last Wednesday.
