Against The Grain
This is the story of 10 people who early on in their lives made the choice of lighting a candle instead of cursing the dark. They are researchers who made inventions or discoveries that touched upon the lives of many. Whittled down from a long list by a selective jury, the researchers have proven once again that Indonesia is no ill-fated country. This is a nation of quiet dignity. A country with a pride, most aptly reflected in the words of that popular T-shirt slogan: Damn, I love Indonesia!
