TRANSPARENCY International Indonesia (TI) has charged the Aceh-Nias Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Agency (BRR) with corruption in a number of projects it carried out in Aceh. According to TI Secretary-General, Rizal Malik, most of the irregularities are found in the construction of houses. Many were hastily built, of poor building materials and unfit for human occupation. “No master plan was used by BRR in the construction projects,” said R
