TWENTY-two policemen have been gathered in the rear building of the Seulawah State Police Academy complex in Greater Aceh over the past two weeks. They are not police cadets but first-grade officers who have lots of experience in their assignment in Aceh, the erstwhile conflict zone that has just gained peace.
