Inconvenient Internet Banking
IN my regular use of Bank Mandiri's Internet Banking service, I often stumble upon some form of inconvenience. Like, for example, when I forgot to print the transactions record of a fund-transfer, or electric or water bill payment before closing the page, I will be left without that proof of payment. This is because the service does not allow me to go back to the previous page.
At night, after 10pm I am unable to access my transactions record, as if Mandiri's internet banking is only open during its own office hours, not around-the-clock as it should be. As a customer, I would like to see the bank improve its Internet banking system.
