SIX heads of state from Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam gathered in Jakarta on Saturday, April 24. The meeting at the Secretariat of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) was also attended by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Philippines and Laos.
