This year, we mark the centenary of Indian cinema since Raja Harishchandra, the first silent film produced in India in 1913. This full length motion picture was produced by Dadasaheb Phalke, who amalgamated content from Sanskrit epics to produce this film which changed the entertainment scenario in India.
