THE praise came from Kuntoro Mangkusubroto, head of the Aceh and Nias Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Agency (BRR). Housing built by World Vision in the village of Lamjabat, Meuraxa district, Banda Aceh, was dubbed the most integrated project implementation.
