THERE seems to be a positive side to overpopulation, particularly to tycoons. At least thats what half of Indonesias 40 richest people listed in the September 18 edition of Forbes Asia magazine, must feel. After all, Indonesia, the worlds fourth most populous country (230 million people) provides them with a bottomless market.
