IT was a bright Sunday morning for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) two weeks ago. He played nine holes of golf that morning at Halim Golf Course in East Jakarta. He was surrounded by his senior officials, among them Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander in Chief, Air Marshal Djoko Suyanto, Cabinet Secretary Sudi Silalahi, and Military Secretary Maj. Gen.
