IT was almost dawn, about 4:30am. The families of Mohammad Natsir and Burhanudin Harahap arrived in Muara Pauh village in Sungai Batang Maninjau. This was the seventh place they had stopped at while in exile in West Sumatra, after having rested in Lubuk Linggau, Dareh River, and Koto Tuo, Bukittinggi.
