Labora Sitorus today may be the most 'infamous' police in all of Papua. The Financial Transactions Reporting and Analysis Center (PPATK) revealed that the bank account of this policeman based in Sorong, amounted to some Rp1.5 trillion. It is believed the money was the proceeds of illicit businesses: illegal logging and smuggling fuel, crimes he is charged with.
