WHEN a special guest paid a visit on November 16 last year, Indonesian Ambassador to China and Mongolia, Djauhari Oratmangun, prepared various Indonesian dishes. Fried rice, rendang (Indonesian beef curry) and satay were served for Sinovac Biotech Ltd Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Yin Weidong. “I explained that Indonesia has numerous delicious dishes,” said Djauhari during a virtual interview with Tempo on Wednesday, January 13.
