SINCE the Omicron variant of the coronavirus was detected in other countries at the end of November 2021, Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin has held six special meetings with President Joko Widodo. He continued to report the spread of the strain in various countries. As of Saturday, 1 January, 136 Omicron cases had been confirmed in Indonesia.
