SYAHRUL Mubaraq suddenly asked his driver to turn the vehicle round as they were heading from Makassar toward Soppeng Regency in South Sulawesi, on September 28, 2018. As Head of the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT, Rapid Response Action) Sulawesi chapter Syahrul had just gotten word that an earthquake and tsunami had hit Palu, in the Sigi and Donggala Regencies in Central Sulawesi.
