THREE hours before the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) announced that Communication and Informatics Minister Johnny Gerard Plate had been named a corruption suspect in connection with 4G base transceiver station (BTS) towers project, Achsanul Qosasi, a member of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), received an envoy from the State Palace.
