TAHANG, the Head of the Fisheries Cultivation Business Service Center (BLUPPB) in Karawang, West Java, has a new task. Tahang and his staff will manage lobster larvae for sale to farmers, including foreign companies expanding their crustacean breeding business in Indonesia. “We are still in the preparation stage because the process is not easy,” he told Tempo on April 19.
