IT is not easy to form Prabowo Subianto's cabinet. At least, the president-elect himself feels that way. When meeting with the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan at the latter’s home in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Prabowo talked a lot about the formation of the cabinet.
