ORANGE tractors were busy leveling rocky terrain on Jalan Raya Cituis, Sukawali village, Tangerang Regency, Banten, on Friday, December 6, 2024. On this 2.5-hectare plot of vacant land, 250 free houses will soon be built as part of the three-million-house construction program. The main sponsor of this project is Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, a property tycoon and owner of the Agung Sedayu Group.
