SUGIANTO Kusuma’s ambition to develop Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK 2) as a tourism area in Jakarta has long been in the making. Through Agung Sedayu Group, the man known as Aguan began constructing PIK 2 in 2011. Near their land lies a mangrove forest and other state-owned areas.
