HUNDREDS of young people were seen dispersing around the Trimulia Soho building in the city of Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia, on a night in mid-February 2025. Laughing and chatting, they hurriedly scattered toward minibuses, motorcycle parking areas, and tuk-tuks—a local three-wheeled public transport vehicle. Some headed to a canteen behind the building. All of them were speaking Indonesian.
