Many Indonesian businessmen run the online gambling business in Cambodia. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad is linked with a casino company.

UNLIKE other areas in Cambodia, many license plates on vehicles in the Kompong Dewa Casino and Resort area in Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province, display inscriptions in Indonesian. Some plates read “Tim Kuda” (Horse Team), “Hoki” (Luck), “Pasukan” (Troops), and “Keluarga” (Family). These names closely resemble the names of online gambling sites that have recently mushroomed in Indonesia.
