It took a revelation of legislative bribery to finally sell the state stake in Bank Niaga. Confronted with their wrongdoing, House of Representatives (DPR) legislators suddenly agreed immediately on the Rp26.5 price per share offered by Commerce Asset Berhad Holding, an investor from Malaysia.
