Trade Barriers Reduced Between US and Indonesia

In a bid to enhance relations with Indonesia, Vice President Mike Pence paid an official visit to Jakarta on April 19 to 21. He held a bilateral meeting with President Joko Widodo to discuss trade partnership.

"We will work with President Jokowi to reduce barriers to trade and investment, and to create a truly level playing field where all our businesses have equal opportunity and market access," said Pence at the Presidential Palace last Thursday
