THAT afternoon Sutikno was really happy. When the telephone rang, this 67-year-old gentleman was told that he had won a car in a prize draw from a state-owned bank. Unfortunately however, when he checked with the organizing office, he found out that the draw had not yet even taken place. “So I won’t be driving a new car after all then,” said the father of three who was attracted by the fantastic offers made by banks.
