THE metallic-grey Honda CRV was queuing up at the Shell petrol station in Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta. In front, a black Toyota Altis and a black Honda Jazz were filling up with Shell Super petrol. Two minutes later, a white sedan added itself to the queue.
