THE three-level, cream-colored building stands on Jalan Kotaraja right at the center of Bandar Lampung, the capital of the southern Sumatra province of Lampung. Some 305 kiosks fill the first and second levels, a food court, a futsal arena and a conference room with a capacity of 1,000 people the third floor, and a hall in the basement.
