THERE is no sign of PT Panca Amara Utama on the 20th floor of Mayapada Tower on Jalan Sudirman in Jakarta. This is despite the fact that its articles of incorporation list the building as the offices of the industrial, trade, mining and services company. "They've been gone for more than three years.
