Industry Minister Airlangga Hartanto had only arrived at the Morowali smelter industrial area in Central Sulawesi less than an hour earlier. Although he was yet to tour the facilities of the 2,000-hectare plant, the minister showered its nickel smelter with praises. "This is great. The government's dream is finally realized," he said enthusiastically.
