LAST week, five readymix concrete trucks were parked on the side of the JakartaCikampek toll road at kilometer 12 in West Bekasi. Throughout the night, the trucks worked overtime to complete the task of pouring support pillars for the Jakarta light rail transit (LRT). Traffic to Cikampek was blocked by these trucks, with vehicles forming a long queue backlogged along the toll road.
