YUSTINUS Prastowo did not attend last Tuesday's hearing at the House of Representatives (DPR) complex in Senayan, Jakarta. The Center for Indonesia Taxation Analysis's executive director changed his mind at the last minute, opting to chair another meeting at his office in Wisma Korindo, South Jakarta.
