For the first time, Dwi Soetjipto stood in front of some 600 employees of the Upstream Oil and Gas Operations Special Task Force (SKK Migas). The annual town hall meeting took place at the SKK Migas’ building in 9th floor of City Plaza in Jakarta last Friday.
