DOZENS of workers were busily finishing up construction work on Beach Fest, located near the Berawa Beach in Kuta, Bali, on Wednesday, July 6. A black pickup truck entered the project area on Wednesday afternoon, carrying some banana trees for landscaping. Beach Fest is going to become a new outlet of Holywings.
