THE text message Aminuddin Rifai received last week ended his curiosity about rumors that ASDP Indonesia Ferry was buying the share of Jembatan Nusantara—one of the national private ferry operators. Aminuddin, Secretary-General of the National River, Lake and Inter-Island Transport Association (Gapasdap), never received an official notification about the sales of Jembatan Nusantara shares to ASDP, a state-owned ferry company.
