PLN will redesign the LPG-to-electric stove conversion program after it is canceled this year. The state power company claims it still has a strategy to resolve electricity oversupply.
THE suspension of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)-to-electric stove conversion program temporarily diminishes PLN’s wish to overcome the issue of electricity oversupply. The cancellation came after the state power company had completed the trial run in several regions to prove how using electric stoves is more cost-effective than LPG.
