Bank Mandiri has written off Rp22 trillion in bad loans. E.C.W. Neloe's and former President Director Robby Djohan's explanations are different. Why?

Non-performing loans are like thorns in the flesh. Left there, they're painful; removed, they hurt. By writing off the bad debts, Bank Mandiri is apparently treating bad debtors gently. On the other hand, its action can be considered not transparent because it hasn't explained who the bad debtors are.
