STATE-owned construction company Waskita Karya (IDX: WSKT) had a narrow escape from the lawsuits filed by vendors who billed them. On Friday, December 1, the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court rejected the lawsuit for a debt payment postponement (PKPU) filed by Bukaka Teknik Utama, a company owned by former vice president Jusuf Kalla.
