JANUARY 2025 marks a critical moment for Lasiman’s meatball packaging and grinding factory in Cakung, East Jakarta. In that month, a decision will be made on whether his factory qualifies for halal (conforming to Islamic law) certification from the Halal Product Certification Agency (BPJPH). “We are now waiting for the verification and approval results from BPJPH,” he said on Thursday, October 24, 2024.
