President Director of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), Arief Mulyadi, is considered to have an extraordinary contribution to the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). For his contribution, he won the 2022 iNews Maker Award in the "Contribution for MSME Development" category in Jakarta, 30 June 2022.
"Thank you, iNews Maker Award, for the appreciation for PNM," said Arief, recently. Carrying the theme “Advancing Dynamic Capabilities in Economic Rebound”, the 2022 iNews Maker Award is divided into seven categories, namely The News Maker, The Best Public Institution, Innovation of Marketing, Product and Services, Innovation of Operation and Supply Chain, and Innovation of Human Capital and Organization Development.
Arief stated that PNM consistently provides three capitals, which are financial, intellectual and social capital. Financial capital includes productive business financing, intellectual capital deals with assistance, including training, sharing of information and experiences, while social capital comes up with facilities to build relationships between customers. Thus, it will form a collective business network and accelerate customer business growth.
"This award is certainly a driving force for us, the PNM people, to provide the best support for MSMEs in advancing the people's economy through these three capitals," he said.
PNM has disbursed financing of Rp 132.32 T to 12 million PNM Mekaar customers as of June 30, 2022. Currently, PNM has 3,386 PNM Mekaar service offices and 688 PNM ULaMM service offices throughout Indonesia serving MSEs in 34 provinces, 443 regencies/cities, and 5,640 subdistricts.(*)
