PNM Collaborates with UGM to Educate Gen-Z on Social Media Skills

Young people or gen-z often use social media as a platform to display their creativity. Capturing this opportunity, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani or PNM collaborates with Gadjah Mada University to share knowledge on the matter. The talk show, themed "The Art of Storytelling to Build an Image" took place at the Auditorium Fisipol, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Saturday, February 25, 2023.

"Gen-z needs to hone their skills to be wiser in acting and responding to the use of social media in cyberspace. This way of communicating is what encourages PNM to share knowledge so that gen-z can understand self-branding and later build reputation," said L. Dodot Patria Ary, PNM Corporate Secretary.

This talk show is expected to encourage gen-z to hone their communication skills in showing a good representation, also in the academic community, and in the professional world.

The talk show invites PNM employees that are also influencers throughout Indonesia. This Employee Influencer Kick Off is an extension of PNM to continue to disseminate the company's positive image to the public.

The Influencer who came from Jogja is M. Nurcahyo Romadhoni. The speakers were PNM Secretary L. Dodot Patria Ary, employee influencer representatives from Jogja, and student representatives from Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UGM.

"Strong personal branding is the basis of individuals in highlighting their expertise and to increase our selling points, and it is very necessary to pay attention to the boundaries that can be shared with the public," Dodot said.

For information, as of January 31, 2023 PNM has distributed financing amounting to Rp 5,973.50 trillion to 13,790,324 million PNM Mekaar customers. Currently PNM has 3,551 PNM Mekaar service offices and 705 PNM ULaMM service offices throughout Indonesia serving MSEs in 34 Provinces, 513 Regencies / Cities, and 6,657 Districts.
