FLOODS have again hit several provinces in Indonesia. Heavy rain prevailed in Ambon city and its environs last Thursday. Major roads, including Jalan A.Y. Pattay and Jalan Sam Ratulangi, were inaccessible by vehicles as they were under 50 centimeters of water. Flights from Makassar to Ambon were suspended.
